• To customers using NFC


    If you have another app on your device that uses NFC technology, that app might be activated　when you try to invite a guest using NFC. When this happens, the activated app may read and display some information stored on the other device. This behavior is caused by that app. For more information of the activated app, please refer to help of that app.

    If another app is activated and inviting by NFC is not possible, please try one of the following:

    ● Invite without using NFC
    　-Invite by Email
    　-Invite by QR Code

    ● Prevent other NFC apps from starting
    　-Disable the app(s)
    　-Uninstall the app


    When inviting by NFC is successful, the screen on the right will appear. Tap the screen while holding the smartphones close to each other.

    Invite without using NFC

    Invite by Email
    How to

    1. At the invitation screen, tap "Invite by Email".


    2. Tap the email address


    3. Enter the email address


    4. Tap the + button (Multiple email addresses can be entered)


    5. Tap the "Send" button. This completes the steps



    Invite by QR Code
    How to

    1. At the invitation screen, tap "Invite by QR Code".


    2. Have the guest (person to be invited) read your QR code. This completes the steps

    * To invite another guest, tap "Invite another guest" and display a new QR code


    How to disable apps that support NFC

    In order to temporarily stop an app from starting, disable the app by following the steps below:

    1. At the home screen, tap the application key


    2. Tap "Settings


    3. Tap "Apps"


    4. Tap the NFC-compatible app to be disabled


    5. Tap "Disable"


    6. Tap "OK". This completes the steps


    How to uninstall apps that support NFC

    If you have installed a NFC-compatible app that is not needed, uninstall the app by following the steps below:

    1. At the home screen, tap the application key


    2. Tap "Settings"


    3. Tap "Apps"


    4. Tap the NFC-compatible app to be uninstalled


    5. Tap "Uninstall"


    6. Tap "OK". This completes the steps
