Q: The photos and videos stored in PC cannot be displayed.

A: Before you can display the photos and videos stored in PC using "Album by Sony", you have to install "PlayMemories Home" and import the photos or videos. Click here to see how to install "PlayMemories Home".
* With Version 2.2.0 or later, you can display the photos and videos registered in the pictures library on PC without installing "PlayMemories Home".

Q: Deleted photos or videos are still displayed.

A: Temporary files may remain on your PC. Display the Charms by swiping your finger from the right side to the center of the screen, and then refresh your PC from [Settings] - [Options] - [Delete temporary files].
